EMPLOYEE REFERRAL INCENTIVE

Desbuild, Inc. employees have the opportunity to earn extra money, while also performing a valuable service to the company, by participating in the Employee Referral Bonus Program. 

By referring qualified people, you can earn a cash bonus if your referral is hired.  This goal of this program is to provide us with better candidates for employment in all skilled and managerial positions.

All Desbuild, Inc. employees, are eligible to participate in the program.  In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted.  Bonus to be paid for a full time position is $500.

Project Manager

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of project management experience. Prior experience on Federal Government construction and design-build projects a plus. The candidate should be able to independently handle multiple project objectives from preconstruction to closeout. Computer skills are a must. All candidates will be screened with a background check and drug testing.

On-Site Superintendent

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of construction experience, including projects in the range of 1 to 15 million dollars. Candidate should possess skills in the following areas: field experience, interior renovations, tenant buildouts, and new ground-up construction. The ability to manage sites independently and prior experience on US Federal Government construction projects is required. All candidates will be screened with a background check and drug testing.
