I received my degree in Civil Engineering in 1996 from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. In June 2011 I also received my M.B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, Greece. I am a member of Technical Chambers of Greece since 1999, and a licensed Civil Engineer in the European Union.
I started my career as a civil engineer in 1999 and since then I have participated, as a field engineer, assistant supervising engineer, project engineer, assistant project manager and a project manager in many large-scale projects, such as highways and dam construction.
Over ten years of construction industry experience working on multi-million dollar federal projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, State Department, and National Park Services. Experience includes managing and procuring various trades throughout all phases of design and construction to maintain project schedule and budget, quality control, assisting in coordinating man-power and materials in the field, and overseeing LEED, submittals, and other construction documentation.
Aaren earned a BS in Civil Engineering, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore/Towson University.
Aaren combines his complimentary loves for dance, and Spartan racing, with his interest in world travel.
